Women’s Track and Field Finishes Second at MAC Outdoor T&F Championships

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Kent State's women concluded competition Saturday at the 2022 Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships with 110 points, their most at the meet since 2017, for a second-place finish.

Benja Duff won the 100-meter hurdles in a personal-best time of 13.46 seconds to maintain the No. 2 spot on the Golden Flashes' all-time performance list. Mi'Angel Daniels ran a season-best 13.76 to take fifth place.

Kent State earned 19 points in the third throwing event of the championship, capturing the second through fourth spots in the discus throw.
